The Benediction & Protection Scapular!
This scapular has many extraordinary graces for us, our family members, and especially for protection from God’s chastisement.
Our Lord Jesus Christ and His Blessed Mother gave it to us through a stigmatist by the name of Marie-Julie Jahenny in 1878.
Some of these graces the Jesus spoke about concern the following topics:

Chastisements- During the chastisements, calamities, and famines, those wearing this scapular will be protected from it. It will be like a lightening conductor beneath which the blows of just Divine Anger will not strike.

Individual- The individual who will wear it will be protected from a sudden death such as from thunder storms (lighting), and accidents.
- Family-
The one who wears it will see their family protected that live in that household.
The protection is downward of the family’s genealogy. For example, if the father wears it, his wife and children
would be protected, but not his or his wife’s parent or grand parent that may be living in the home.
This is a general protection for
various dangers that occur in life.
However, protection from chastisements is given only to the one who is wearing the scapular.
- Fire- One’s house and religious buildings will be protected where the scapular is hung and honored, firstly from conflagrations, which will never penetrate it. (Many people have received great blessings by having it in their vehicle.)

Holy Temple- Whoever places it in the Holy Temple, (Church) will drive out the impious and the profanations.

Conversions- In an impious person looks at this scapular he will be so
struck by it that his conversion
will occur. (Many a parent have had their children come back to Church
and their faith after seeing this
scapular of Benediction &
Protection.)
- Obstinate Souls at Death- Our Lord also adds that reminding an obstinate soul about this scapular at the time of death, it will reawaken one’s faith and conviction.

Spared Pains of the Soul- All those who will think about this scapular, i.e., meditate on the images on it, and love it , will be spared
The Ungrateful- The ungrateful who will blaspheme My Name in the house where it is exposed will receive crushing consequences.

Divine Light- All those who will wear it will be able to go through storms, tempests and darkness, they will have light as in broad daylight. Such is the power of this unknown scapular.
Although not mentioned as one of the promises by Our Lord and Our Lady, there have been numerous physical healings with this scapular and some of them have been quite extraordinary.
Our Lord also says, “Any priest will be able to bless this scapular. If God willed it, doesn't it make sense that we should have it?
